Sandra Rice

Sandra resides on Chebeague Island, Maine and spends her inters on Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.  After twenty-five years in the performing arts she moved into fine arts in 1990, choosing watercolour as her medium of choice.

Her passion is painting "plein aire," a French term for painting out of doors.  Both Chebeague and Tortola provide the inspiration to transform the sights, sounds and smells of the islands to her artwork.
